Great customer service! Very worm welcome from at the reception (from Filip). Bar staff were very friendly. First night we had dinner at lounge bar as restaurant was fully booked. Food was cocked very good. However, ingredients quality could be a bit better. Second evening we had dinner in the restaurant. Friendly stall and very good service. Food was prepared great (we had steaks) but quality if the meat itself could be better (it doesn’t look to be fresh meat… there was smell of a fridge). Breakfasts was satisfying both mornings. In overall, great staff and customer service. Very good kitchen staff as the food was cocked fantastic.

We had a great stay, big thanks to Danielle on reception for her help with welcome, and the pool table, we have 2 boys who played a lot of pool during our stay. The gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool are clean and well looked after, and the staff are great. The buffet breakfast is as you'd expect, hot and lots 😀, and sets you up for the day, and is served till 9.30am. The evening meal has a good menu, the bacon cheese burger's were particularly popular. The rooms were clean and very quiet, so all in a great place to stay.

Room excellent; breakfast better than anticipated-good for anyone; facilities really good; grandkids enjoyed swimming pool; fine grounds; ample parking though spaces narrow; located off main road and quiet; quick travel time into Thame and quick access to/from M40. N.B. Beware if your GPS wants to lead you to Oxford Belfy via "Sandy Lane" - this is v.v.v narrow lane with tall hedgerows and few passing places

Location, the reception and welcome, the room was absolutely lovely, leading out to a quiet courtyard. The restaurant service and food was above expectations. The Spa, Sauna, Gym and Pool were great Breakfast was very good Conference facilities and lunch was very good Overall a wonderful experience and we all voted to meet there as a regular venue

The hotel itself was in a great location to access nearby cities and shopping centres e.g Bicester shopping village 20/30 minutes drive away.
